Harkins offers a variety of services and can accommodate almost any group function.  Below are a few examples of events we can host.

Carefully review the information on the quote and contact your Event Coordinator to review details or book your event. Events are not confirmed until you receive a signed contract from a Harkins Representative.  Requests must be submitted at least (2) weeks prior to the proposed date of your event. 

 

Event Coordinators are available to answer any questions you may have. 

  

Harkins employs a talented staff of engineers to help set up your event.  Our theatres are equipped with LCD projectors, DVD Players, and can incorporate your PowerPoint presentation with a Laptop. 

 

NOTE:  An Engineering Questionnaire must be used for all events that utilize AV Equipment.  Harkins does not supply Laptops or PCs. Clients are responsible for providing their own computer equipment.

 

Microphones, Podiums, and internet capabilities are available at select locations.  Complete the online form for pricing and availability.  

 

Special Engagement status is typically maintained for the first two weekends of the film's release.  This may be extended at the studio's discretion.  We are unable to displace a public show time during the Special Engagement period with a private event.  However, we may be able to interlock your private event to a public showtime (meaning we host your event in a private auditorium that shares the start time of a public show).  Because Special Engagement films require us to interlock the two auditoriums, we cannot provide an exact start time for your event until the times are published.  Our showtime schedule runs Friday through Thursday.  Showtime schedules are released the preceding Tuesday.  If advanced show times are programmed, an Event Coordinator will notify you of the movie time as soon as it becomes available.  

Private rentals for 3D films are conducted prior to the first showing of the day. Only select Harkins locations have 3D capabilities. Please contact an Event Coordinator for more information.  

 

Payment is due prior to the start of the event.  Harkins will not permit access to the auditorium on the day of the event until payment is made in full.  Harkins accepts Business Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Cash.  Gift Cards are not accepted for rental payment. 

 

Harkins requires a seven (7) day written notice of cancellation before the date of your scheduled event.  Cancellations with less than seven (7) days notice will be accepted with full payment. Any non-payments will disqualify your group from any future auditorium rentals.
