Q: When applying for a job at Harkins, where do I send my resume/application?
A: You may e-mail it to showbizjobs@harkins.com, or fax it to our corporate office, 480-443-0950.  You may also mail your resume to Harkins Administrative Services, Attn. Wendy: 7511 E. McDonald Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85250.

Q: Do Harkins Gift Cards expire?
A: No, Harkins Gift Cards do not expire. However, after 24 months of inactivity, a $2 service fee may be deducted each month until the value of the Gift Card is depleted. Unless prohibited by law, in California a $1 fee may be deducted after 24 months of inactive service on cards with a balance of $5 or less. To inquire about current service fees on your card, please contact us.

Q: How do I check my Gift Card balance?
A: You may check your balance online here by using the card number and the security code on the back (underneath the scratch area). Also, feel free to ask any Harkins Theatre manager. They will be able to assist you.  
 
Q: Does Harkins offer gift card or fundraising programs for schools?
A: Yes, Harkins does offer programs for schools. Click here for details.

Q: Does Harkins provide any free offers on my birthday?
A: Yes. At Harkins, we offer our guests a free medium sized popcorn on their birthday.  Present your ID at the box office or to the Guest Services counter to receive your birthday coupon. 
 
Q: Does Harkins offer discounts for groups?
A: Our contact page includes specific details regarding group discounts. We also offer VIP Tickets in books of 50.  Click here to place your order.


Q: Does Harkins offer discounted VIP Tickets?
A: Yes. Discounted VIP Tickets are sold in books of 50 and are only available for purchase online. You may submit your order by clicking here. VIP Tickets are not available at any Harkins Theatre locations. 

Q: What is the difference between Classic and Ultimate VIP Tickets?

Q: Do VIP tickets have an expiration date?
A: VIP tickets do not expire.

Q: How do I get my advertisement on-screen?
A: Please contact ScreenVision at 800-724-6684 to answer all of your questions regarding on-screen advertising. 
 
Q: What is a special engagement?
A: A film is considered a Special Engagement if it is shown after 6pm, usually for the first 10 days following its release date. On rare occasion, a studio may decide to extend the date beyond 10 days.

Q: How will I know if a movie is a Special Engagement?
A: Special Engagements are marked with a triangle in all of our print advertising. On our website, a "No Pass" symbol will appear next to the title, or the title will be marked "Special Engagement."
 
Q: Are all of your theatres ADA compliant?
A: Yes, all Harkins Theatres are ADA compliant.

Q: Do you donate, or give away movie posters, or any other movie merchandise?
A: We are unable to donate or give away any movie posters or marketing materials used at the theatres. They are property of the individual studios.
 
Q: How do I submit a request for a donation?
A: Donations may be submitted in writing to our corporate office. Please click here for more information. Please note: Donations usually take approximately 4-6 weeks to process. For additional inquiries, please contact our corporate office.
