At Harkins, we are dedicated to providing a safe, secure and fun environment for your child.
Reservations are not required, but are encouraged, as some of our PlayCenters tend to become very busy, especially on the weekends. To make a reservation, simply contact the PlayCenter
you would like to visit, via phone. Have your movie, showtime and date ready. The PlayCenter Receptionist will assist you in completing this process.
Tickets can be purchased only at the box office or at the guest services counter. Unfortunately, PlayCenter tickets are not available for purchase online, or from our kiosks.
Our PlayCenters are intended for children between the ages of 3 and 8. All children must be fully potty trained. Diapers are not permitted in the PlayCenter. Please contact the PlayCenter
directly if you have questions regarding admittance.
We recommend that your child dress comfortably and bring a light weight sweater or jacket for his/her visit to the PlayCenter, as it tends to be a little chilly at times. For your child's safety, your child must be fully clothed and wearing shoes (no high heels, platform shoes, or shoes with wheels). If your child has shoes with wheels the wheels must be removed before he/she enters the PlayCenter.
The PlayCenter is a secure environment equipped with surveillance cameras. Two restrooms are available inside the PlayCenter for your child's use. They will not need to leave the PlayCenter to use the restroom. Only scheduled PlayCenter staff members are permitted to enter the PlayCenter when there are children present.
You may not leave the theatre under any circumstance once your child is checked into the theatre. Once your child is checked-in to the PlayCenter, no adults, except the PlayCenter staff may enter the PlayCenter. Exceptions may be made with management approval for emergency situations.
At check in, you and your child will be given matching wristbands with corresponding numbers. Your child will only be able to leave the PlayCenter with the parent or guardian wearing the matching wristband.
The parent who checks in the child is given a wristband that matches their child's wristband. Your child is only permitted to leave with the parent/guardian wearing the wristband with the corresponding number.
